Confidentiality of Information

All users must strictly maintain the confidentiality of any and all information accessed through our internal GitLab system. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Source code
• Documentation
• Technical specifications
• Project materials
• Internal communications
• User data
• Business information

Prohibited Actions:

• Sharing, distributing, or leaking any information to unauthorized parties
• Using confidential information for any purpose outside of authorized work duties
• Making unauthorized copies or recordings of confidential information
• Storing confidential information on personal devices without explicit permission
• Sharing access credentials with any third party

Consequences of Breach:

• Immediate termination of access rights
• Potential legal action
• Claims for damages
• Disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment
• Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable

위반 시 조치:

• 즉각적인 접근 권한 해지
• 잠재적 법적 조치
• 손해배상 청구
• 해고를 포함한 징계 조치
• 관련 당국에 신고
